How to Buy

If you see an item you would like to buy please make a note of the details and contact us either by email at info@tim-bowen-antiques.com , fax 44 (0)1267 267 045 or telephone 44 (0)1267 267 122.  We will then check it is available and get back to you, however we do update the website every week so it is very likely that the item you want will be available for you.

Availability

All of the items, which we sell are antiques and are individual.  We have a continually changing stock; if you cannot find what you are looking for on these pages we may be able to find it for you.  Please let us know and we will make every effort to find it for you.

Guarantee

Antique Country Furniture was individually made for the original owner and therefore identical pieces are very rare.  We endeavour to preserve the condition, colour and finish as far as possible.  We do not restore pottery.  However, we do sometimes buy restored pieces, which will be stated in the details of each item.  Some pottery items are chipped and cracked and we will state this in the details.  Please ask us for restoration details of any item.

We guarantee all items bought from us.  In the unusual event that you are not satisfied with an item bought from us, we will give you a full refund of the invoice price (excluding our costs) upon the return of the item in the same condition as it was sent, provided that we have been notified by email, letter or fax within seven days of your receipt of the item. 

We take every effort to give a true representation of the items including condition and colour in the photographs and descriptions.  Full condition reports and close-up photographs are available on request.

You can pay by any of the following methods:

• British Sterling Cheque
• Bank money transfer in sterling
• Visa/Master Card

Items will not be dispatched until cleared funds are received

Delivery

Prices exclude delivery, which we will quote to prior to purchase.  We can also organise insurance of item during transit
